The rain has been received with much gratitude.  The creek is surging along, the dams and tanks are full  but it is still wonderful to see the sun out!

Proof of your vaccination (or exemption documentation) is required by the Qld Govt. Wearing of masks when inside the Cellar Door is now also compulsory.

 PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE WINERY BLOCK. WALK THROUGH THE BREAK, TAKE IN THE QUISQUALIS THAT’S FLOWERING, COME ON UP THE PATH TO THE FRONT VERANDAH WHERE THE CELLAR DOOR IS.

All our wines, sparkling and fortifieds are made here on the Hill.  LIMONCELLO is a liqueur made throughout most of Italy, in fact wherever lemons are grown and that’s pretty well everywhere!  They grow particularly well in Sicily thanks to the hot but dry southern Mediterranean climate.  This refreshing citrus ‘drink of the gods’ has as many variations as there are Sicilians but one thing in common is the lift to body and spirits that anything lemon-based brings.

Enjoy ours  simply poured over ice, choosing an elegant glass first!
