The rain has been received with much gratitude.  The creek is surging along, the dams and tanks are full  but it is still wonderful to see the sun out!

Proof of your vaccination (or exemption documentation) is required by the Qld Govt. Wearing of masks when inside the Cellar Door is now also compulsory.

 PLENTY OF PARKING ON THE WINERY BLOCK. WALK THROUGH THE BREAK, TAKE IN THE QUISQUALIS THAT’S FLOWERING, COME ON UP THE PATH TO THE FRONT VERANDAH WHERE THE CELLAR DOOR IS.

All our wines, sparkling and fortifieds are made here on the Hill. GINGER CRUSH is  delicious and refreshing.  At  20% alcohol you can enjoy it poured straight over ice with maybe a twist of lemon or lime or extend it a little with soda or tonic water.

It’s delightful whichever way you choose and made from local fresh ginger with the creativity of the winemaker.    cin cin!
