Roasted veg of all varieties are a good start.  Throw in a cooked cereal or grain and the rest is up to your own imagination.  The Little Cellar Rat finds you just can’t now wrong with local ‘Best in Australia’ Sweet potato, roasted and sliced.

ciao tutti! The Little Cellar Rat spotted her first Jacaranda flower for 2020 on an early morning walk. There’s a bit of an annual competition here on the Hill to see who gets the award for first sighting. Ab-sol-oootly gorgeous morning after the thirst quencher rain on the weekend. (Let’s celebrate what we’ve got and not complain about what we’ve not- quote from Call the Midwife)
