Beautiful day here on the Hill.     Crisp sunshine and lots of birdsong here this Friday morning: Rufous Whistler, Orange Backed Wren, Grey Shrike Thrush, Honey Eaters.  They are all appreciating the nice drop of rain.

Ciao tutti!   CELLAR DOOR OPEN TODAY TUES 27 OCT 10AM -4PM for tastings and sales of our delicious preservative- free wines, fortifieds and liqueurs including our amazing sparkling Muscat 3 MARYS made using the ‘méthode traditionelle’ where  the secondary fermentation takes place in every bottle.  

In the final stages,  disgorging is done by hand reflecting  the craft and skill involved in creating this fine wine.
