Terranzo the winemaker is especially proud of our 3 MARYS SPARKLING MUSCAT made using ‘méthode champenoise’ where the secondary fermentation needed to capture those beautiful bubbles takes place in each and every bootle. Of course the craft and skill of the winemaker doesn’t stop there because the sediment crated by this hard working yeast cells has to be removed.

The winemaking team – Terranzo the Winemaker & Maria the Little Cellar Rat are here to take you through tastings of what we have on offer. All wines, liqueurs and fortifieds are made here on the Hill.
We don’t us preservatives such as 220 Sulphur Dioxide, one of the chemicals that give consumers headaches and a variety of other unwelcome reactions.
We believe, good nutritious, local and flavoursome dishes based on what is seasonal are basic to enjoying life and we’re always on the lookout for tips and recipes to swap.

Beautiful day here on the Hill. Crisp sunshine and lots of birdsong here this Friday morning: Rufous Whistler, Orange Backed Wren, Grey Shrike Thrush, Honey Eaters. They are all appreciating the nice drop of rain.
