All are made with pride, passion and respect for tradition with no artificial preservatives such as 220 (Sulphur dioxide) nor do they contain egg, milk or fish products (what !! fish in wine… don’t panic, fish bladders aka ISINGLASS has been used for centuries to clarify wine. ) Here on the Hill, we use filter papers (think blotting paper)
The flavour and personality of the grape shines through, tasting of the season, the weather and the hand of the winemaker.
