Not quite as crisp and cool here today on the Hill, but always a good idea to have a jacket and pashmina or scarf in the car to keep you toasty while exploring our district. 

I was talking with Cellar Door guests yesterday about baking a whole Ricotta. Here it is! dee-llish with a gutsy honey and toasted crushed walnuts.
