Our 3 RIGHT HANDS FORTIFIED RED (PORT) simply delightful. An 18 year old Shiraz matured in both French and American oak then blended has developed some gorgeous flavours of plump prunes and fat raisins. Such a treat with an aged sharp cheddar or pecorino pepato.

nella cucina…… Lasagna is a dish that’s good to the last morsel! If you are GF like the Little Cellar Rat, SAN REMO GF LASAGNA SHEETS are excellent. Remember to have a really juicy (ie sloppy, tomato rich bolognese sauce) and start off in a slower oven to soften up those hard sheets. It only gets better as it matures in the fridge and is definitely a tasty, satisfying and super quick lunch. buon appetito!
