The Little Cellar Rat has discovered SAN REMO PENNE made from Brown Rice flour makes a decent pasta alla norma.  As a ridged pasta, it is  ok to use also when rigatoni is called for.  buona cucina…. buon appetito tutti!

THE CELLAR RAT’S BLEND 2020 – Our latest dry red blend with notes of a touch of red pepperberries, a seam of blackcurrant and a hint of cardamom.
