Marvellous Marc the chef worked his magic again using the best of what the region has on offer….fresh figs matched with pan fried haloumi and blue vein, succulent chicken for the cacciatore, oh-so-fresh strawberries to marry with 2-chocolate mousse matched of course with our lovely wines.
