CIAO TUTTI! ……YES, CELLAR DOOR OPEN TODAY WED 9TH June 2021 10AM -4PM tastings & sales of our amazing preservative-free wines, sparkling, fortifieds and liqueurs all made right here on the Hill with pride, passion and respect for tradition.

Historians believe wine was first made around 10 000 years ago, with GEORGIA claiming to be the the earliest, if not the first culture to muck around with perfectly good fruit of the vine and see what the outcome would be if wild yeasts and fruit sugar marrying had a future.

Ah… following curiosity, experimenting, taking a chance, adventure.
