Proof of your vaccination (or exemption documentation) is required by the Qld Govt. Wearing of masks when inside the Cellar Door is now also compulsory.

‘Tray baking’ is a buzz word ATM but those of us who like vegetables have always roasted trays of beautiful seasonal vegetables – sweet potato, eggplant, red capsicum, swede, turnip, the list is endless.  Good olive oil and fresh herbs add that superb layer of flavour and you can enjoy warm or mixed through any pasta.   buon appetito!
