CIAO TUTTI! CELLAR DOOR OPEN THURSDAY 16TH JUNE 12.30PM -4PM for tastings and sales of our delicious QUEENSLAND MADE preservative-free wines and liqueurs.

A batch of pasta sauce is brilliant to have in the fridge.  It can be used as a base for  a smashing pizza, spooned over polpetti / meatballs and reheated with a blessing of parmigiana, likewise for chicken and makes the quickest side dish combined with any pasta shape.  buon appetito, buona cucina tutti!
