CELLAR DOOR CLOSED WEDNESDAY 11TH AND THURSDAY 12TH MAY

OPEN FRIDAY 13TH MAY 11.30AM -4PM for tastings and sales of our delicious preservative-free wines and liqueurs.

With the change to cooler days and nights, a heart-warming casserole or slow-cooked meal is just the ticket. Red wine adds flavour and the acid helps tenderise red meat (lamb, beef, kangaroo, goat). Herbs along with the usual hard-working flavours of onion and garlic create those wonderful, tasty and satisfying meals. Anything with a bone is a great basis. buon appetito…. buona cucina!
